Colombian coffee is renowned worldwide for its high quality. The Colombian “Huila Supremo” is an excellent Arabica coffee from the Colombian highlands, where traditional hand-picking of each bean is still practiced today.

This coffee grows at an altitude of 1,700 to 2,000 meters. The consistently mild climate of the Central and Eastern Cordillera allows the coffee to mature into a high-quality beverage, perfect for your enjoyment.

This Supremo quality coffee is so sought after by roasters that the raw coffee is often sold out even before it is unloaded at the port. There are Supremo and Excelso quality coffees from Huila. The two differ in bean size. Supremo is the sifted, large-bean coffee. When roasted, this quality results in a more homogeneous roast and the Supremo develops more spiciness.
