Doi Chang
High-grown Arabica coffee from the Colombian highlands — traditionally hand-picked and cultivated in rich volcanic soil, delivering a sweet, full-bodied cup with chocolate and nutty notes.
THE ORIGIN
Born in the Highlands. Rooted in Community.
Doi Chang is one of Thailand’s most celebrated coffee-growing regions, located in Chiang Rai Province near the borders of Myanmar and Laos.
Situated high in the mountains, Doi Chang benefits from cool temperatures, rich volcanic soils, and abundant rainfall. These ideal growing conditions allow coffee cherries to mature slowly, developing greater sweetness and complexity.
Coffee cultivation in Doi Chang transformed the local economy by providing sustainable agricultural opportunities for hill tribe communities. Today, the region is internationally recognized for producing some of Southeast Asia’s finest specialty coffees.
